Reposhing this item I purchased from @fashionbyszashe. Loved it, but it was too small for me so I did not wear and it's still NWT. This fits like an XS. This is high waisted and across the waist laying flat is 13" and across widest part of the hips laying flat is 18" It's super cute and sexy and looks just like the photos, but sadly too small for me.
