@joannamarie77 Yes, it has an elastic cinched waist, and elastic at the arms. The material itself is not strech but it has some give to it.

@hollyadelman sorry, i took Farm Rios bust measurement because i thought it might be more accurate but if I stretch the dress across and measure just below each pit, it’s 23 inches.

Hi there~ confused by the measurements of this dress since a typical size Large usually runs a bit bigger in the bust. For reference, what size dress do you wear usually? I’m a size 10 or 12. Also, do you mind posting the length overall? Top of shoulder to bottom hem? Thanks so much!
