NEW BCBG High Low Skirt Black Size 2

New Skirt from BGBGeneration never worn. It is size 2 which is like a XS or Small. It is long lined on one side and short on the other. Has two pockets and zipper. It’s in new condition but does not have original tags attached. I am the original owner.
