tresbon23 Amy, Hi I measured 25-1/2” across flat I was able to find a model online with the same style dress ~ these are one of a kind - I am a 36C and there is plenty of room as you can see in the photos - The belt can be found on Amazon

juliabennett933 Hi!! I’m very interested in this! It looks like it goes down to your knees in that photo, how tall are you? I feel like Phoenix tunics are usually more mini dress style fit so I’m just curious :)
