Express Two-toned lightweight lace dress Size L EUC

Express Two-toned where the front of the dress is white and the back of the dress is grey. The top shoulder part of the dress is also this very BEAUTIFUL lace!! This dress is lightweight but does have an inner liner. It also has black string for belts that very amazingly can be pulled into the dress (see the small black mark on the dress from the side - its the string) and barely be visible if you don't want a belt or pulled out if you DO want to wear a belt! The maximum belt size that it will fit is 2.5". It does NOT come with a belt. This is a super flattering dress and is VERY comfortable! EUC - I only wore it once to an event.
