NWOT. Plastic remnant if tag still there so I’m going to say this has never been worn. Size 32” which is equivalent to XL. Though picture shows it’s 33” length, this is a boys belt and the highest that it comes based on the sizing chart is 32” so I’m putting it down as a 32”. Navy blue and white stripes.
