This vintage 1980's Hilo Hattie​ beach muu muu maxi dress is in a bold floral leaf print done in a blue and white. Lovely details with ruffles along the elastic neckline that could be worn off shoulder. A big flouncy ruffle adds flare to the hem. A pocket in one side hem.
