mybrowneyedbaby question about the waist. is the waistband a lot tighter then the area right below the waistband causing a bulge?

jantwinner @mybrowneyedbaby I tried it on and the hips are just a little bit wider than the waist. It's a true pencil skirt as it gets smaller with the tightest part just below the knees. No bulges when I put it on...
