This adorable romper is great in any weather. Lightweight enough for the warmer months or pair it with a cute jean jacket for the colder months. Great condition, no blemishes. Cut out hole in the back of the neck. The tie waist is fake but elastic is sewn into the garment. Very stretchable and comfortable. The material is not labeled, but I would guess it’s a polyester/cotton blend. Very flowy, soft and stretchy. Pit to pit is 20” M&E K
