toula1957 @saks3598 I wrote everywhere I can write. I repeated myself a million times. Everything was in the box. You have no idea how upset I am. I paid a lot of money for the bag. What am I going to do with it without my strap. They have to find it. I explained a million times. Big brown staples box with bubbles and tissue paper everywhere so nothing gets damaged. I am so upset. I cannot believe this. Was it my box or theirs?was my thank you card in there?please tell me. Thank you very much.

toula1957 @saks3598 good afternoon. I received their response. I know you are returning the bag to me. They lost my strap because they are so busy. I pack one item every so often they open and close packages every minute of the day. Really they want to believe I made the mistake. You can’t fight a billion dollar business.
