The bag has 3 main compartments, with the middle compartment being zippered. The top closes with a Kate Spade latch that can be turned to "lock" or "unlock", this hardware does have some scratches. The bag does some minor scuffs on the leather, & the most noticeable flaw can be seen in the last photo on the handle. The leather was cleaned and conditioned 07/06. The purse is 13 inches L, 13 inches H, 4.5 inches W, and the base is 4 inches wide.
