loveutillulie Can u measure the base of the circle on the globe (the end that u would insert) and post a pict of the measurement? I actually want to buy this for the globe to replace my broken globe but need to make sure it fits. TY

10esseetreasure @loveutillulie 1 1/4" is the outside diameter of the glass piece that inserts into metal holder. Regardless of only being purchased for replacement... you would still end up with a full working product with all pieces. Hope that helps with your purchasing decision.
