Surkana is a Spanish fashion company specializing in warm weather wear. This dress is so simple yet can be worn to many different occasions . Bright and fun perfect for vacation and the beach. There isn’t a material tag but it feels like cotton with some stretch to it. Pretty and soft. Very artsy! Condition is great but there is a small hole that I’ve taken a picture of from a tag.
