NWT. HARD TO FIND. I received this dress from another posher, but unfortunately it didn’t fit me. ITS LABELED AS A SMALL, but fits like an XS. When flat-measured across the waist it measures like a 24”-24.5” with some stretch so I am listing it as such. The item also has a snag under the bust which was not disclosed to me, but I’m disclosing it in the last image. Original price $210, I paid $150. Price listed is lower due to the flaw.
