Basically new as I wore this one time as MOH for my best friend’s wedding. It has been dry cleaned and lived in the cry clean bag ever since. Got so many compliments! Elegant, classy, comfortable wrap dress in a rich burgundy velvet with flutter sleeves. Low v-neck in front and back with a silk ribbon to tie around the waist. There are two small buttons inside the dress on top of the shoulders to hold a braw strap in place. The length has not been altered. I’m 5’10” and wore a 2 inch heel - the length was perfect.
