green_and_gold @amaciszewski warm for a general hiking boot (they're all leather and waterproof so they will keep you warm and dry) but I wouldn't buy them if you're looking for a cold weather boot.

green_and_gold @amaciszewski I would recommend something taller then that is cold weather rated and still waterproof. If you're doing more than light hiking I'd recommend spending more $$ to make sure to take care of yourself and your feet. Also - don't forget to break them in before your trip!
