SEIKO QUARTZ Vintage watch. Made in Japan. GORGEOUS floral design face!! Silver, gray, blue, and gold colors. Roman numerals. Leather band size 13r Hadley Roma with some wear. Watch face has a light scratch as seen in pics. This was purchased and worn by me in the 1990’s! Beautiful RARE watch! Needs battery.

@rjaffemontana Sorry for my confusing description. The winding is only to change the hands of the watch but not to wind it up. It does need a battery. It’s not a manual wind watch. Thanks for asking for clarification 😌
