@lesswithbri hi its very gathered with elastic around the waist and neck so there's lots of extra fabric. I'm a 34DD with a 40" bust and I can wear it. I'm just too old. It's hard to measure because it's got elastic which draws it in, but I'll try during my lunch break.

@lesswithbri when I stretch out the elastic band it is 20.5 inches across the bust, so total of 41". The elastic band under the bust is 30 inches. i was mistaken there is no elastic around the neck.
