Sowerby Glass England Carnival Thistle and Thorn Footed Bowl 1920s

Rich marigold color with good iridescence, this deep, four footed bowl in the "Thistle and Thorn" pattern hails from England and was produced during the 1920s, towards the end of Carnival Glass popularity and production. Molded from four pieces, the outside has an embossed thistle foliage and flowers pattern all around the bowl. The interior is smooth. The four feet have bark or stem-like texture. It is a good size serving bowl or looks beautiful on its own. The bowl measures approx. H3.75" x D5.5" Condition: In good overall condition, one small chip to bottom of one of the feet - see pics.
