@omshanti3 Hi! This item is in perfect condition and the PTP straight across measures about 19-20 inches. The waist is very, very stretchy though if you have concerns about that!

@rcammmy is the entire thing stretchy at all? It’s the bust measurement that’s my main concern. It’s soooo cute - just hoping I could make the chest work as the ruffle could cover if it’s tight. 😬

@omshanti3 The material in general is not very stretchy, but there are two strips of elastic - one at the very top, and one at the waist. They both stretch the material out enough to be the PTP size, 20 inches. I hope this helps!!

@omshanti3 Thank you for your understanding 🥰❤️ and there is a elastic strip under the ruffles that would lie under your collarbone that measures the 16 inches stretched out that I was talking about (the same place that the top begins, but underneath, as it is a separate strip from the part that actually goes over your shoulders). @omshanti3 Also, the elastic on the shoulders (not the other elastics I was speaking of) stretches up to 26 inches since it is off the shoulder. Not sure of your measurements but just letting you know! ❤️
