The neckline is finished with 4 rows of stitching and the the arm holes and bottom are finished with cute lettuce edging! Made by Rainbow Plus, it is a size 1X. It will fit a regular XL as well. All chiffon, it flows nicely and looks great with shorts, pants, or a skirt! Great for work or a date!
