Vintage 1970s floral maxi dress. Empire waist with a wide ruffle hem and puffy half sleeves trimmed in lace. No tags... I believe this may have been handmade. Very reminiscent of the vintage Gunne Sax dresses! Boho / flower child / hippie / Little House on the Prairie vibe. White cotton with pastel flowers. Zips up the back and is fully lined.
