Hi there, I feel like her earlier styles ran a bit small. Could you show a picture of the area you are measuring as the waist with the tape measure?

@dianasaur1123 hi! I added two photos measuring at slightly different points. One is 13” and the other 14”. Because of the flounces and cut of the skirt, it’s impossible to get the waist completely flat and straight. Also I’m so grateful for your comment because I realized I’d written down the completely wrong number by mistake for the waist measurement previously.
