this is the cutest dancing skirt..kinda flamenco style.blue and white stripes. 💃tag says 12 but in my opinion this runs smaller. I'm a 12 this certainly doesn't fit in any way..new no tags never worn.fits about a women's 8/10. first picture is an outfit idea.
