This is an authentic Betsey Johnson sweater I personally bought from her own boutique in Georgetown, DC. This is not a cheap department store buy. This has been a prized possession for 10 years or so. This is the famed skeleton key sweater. I've taken excellent care of it, and pulling it out, I noticed a tiny spot on the back.
