Misguided Grey Bandeau Frill Midi Dress Size 12 NWT

Misguided new with tag bandeau dress with top frill in a light grey. Frill is elasticized. Dress has stretch. Form fitting. Says size 12, but I think it may be Juniors as it seems small (please check measurements). All measurements are taken laid flat and approximate. Pit to pit 15". Waist 14". Top of frill to hem 39". NWT
