This is a Top of the World one size fits most youth/kids University of North Carolina hat in blue and white, with the UNC logo on the front center, Ramses the Ram offset at the front, and the tar heel foot on the back. The hat is marked "Sample - Not to Be Sold". I don't know if it was a sample for internal or external pitches, or just to dial in a product before the full production run, but either way, it's not a hat you could ever buy off the shelf! The hat has an elastic brim, but a size of 50cm is listed, which translates to a 6 1/4 a regular fitted hat. In excellent used condition with minimal signs of wear.
