Reposhing this item I purchased from @mospinupparlor. Never had a chance to wear. Beautiful dress. Great condition.
Bust measures 16 inches flat lay (so should fit up-to a size 32) and waist measures 13 inches flat lay (so should fit up to a 26 inch waist). Dress has pockets and boning in the top portion of the chest area (no boning in waist).

@themosey Hi! I was finally able to find a measuring tape and add some photos to show the sizing. (Please scroll down to the second and third-to-last photos to see sizing measurements.) The waist will fit up to a 26 inch waist and the bust will fit up to a 32 inch bust.
