I LOVE THIS! So much feminine detail to this gorgeous dress! Love the ruffle detail, the button top, the pleated skirt and the floral pattern that screams summer sweetness!! Partially lined with sheer sleeves and flexible fit due to the elastic waistband. No flaws found to mention so there shouldn’t be anything major or obvious wrong with this item. It comes from a smoke free home. I didn’t see a size tag so consult the measurements provided. IMO it will best fit an extra small or a small. The waist rests at 10 inches flat but stretches to around 17 inches flat. I tried to show photos of these measurements.
