Super cute flowy maxi skirt for summer. Material is lightweight. Waist is elastic band, but I find it kind of tight so this might be better for 00 - 2 rather than 4. The elastic band does stretch though. Tag says US 4

anna_bee_lovel @texasjess10 thanks for checking! I just looked up the ASOS skirt size guide and it says a US 4 fits a waist of 26 in and hips of 35 in. I often wear 4s but you're right, this looks a little smaller than most US 4s. super cute though!
