Who What Wear Sleeveless Blouse - NWOT

I’m on a closet purge again as y’all may be able to see, this is another top that I bought, took the tags off, and never actually wore. It has a really pretty high neck, ruffles on the bib, and it’s a very chic white with tiny black dot pattern. I love clothes and other style elements, and am very unrealistic about how much I can actually wear! 😹 Who What Wear size XXL, white with black dots. All my items come from my smoke-free, cat loving home, and any wrinkles are due to being folded away.
