mm_closet2018 @wizeshop hi - thank you for your interest. The extra stones, extra heels, and dust bag is included. See last photo. I tried to measure and it’s about 8.5” - I can’t find my measuring tape so I had to do it with a ruler.. I think they do fit true to size 5 M
