These could be celluloid because I do see some chips to them, and celluloid will chip and even crumble. Or they may be a good grade of plastic that was painted maybe Lucite. Lucite is a superior quality early acrylic plastic. They are definitely not Bakelite or wood! They are rare in that they are in-layed with a floral design of clear rhinestones. Most of these types of rhinestone studded bracelets from the past and those made today were and are simply studded with rhinestones with no particular design. You may find a star here or there but rarely a floral one. Beside the few very small chips these bracelets are in good vintage condition for their age. There are no missing rhinestones. I have had these bracelets in my collection for years and I have never worn them. They are 2 ½” in diameter. They are unsigned. See pics.
