alipressgrove @angelfarr hello! the rise is just slightly under 10", 10" if pulled perfectly taut. That's a pretty common standard length for high rise so I'd say yes, they're high rise. They're super cute and I love the button used for the closure.

alipressgrove @angelfarr hello! yeah, just a photo and lighting issue. velvet seems to catch the light weird! but they've only been washed one time, they never fit me.
