Vintage (1960s) blue chiffon dress

I bought this gorgeous dress about 10 years ago at a fancy vintage store in Los Angeles for over $200, wore it once for a wedding, and haven’t worn it since then. Im pretty sure the sheer outer is silk chiffon. The lining seems to be a sturdier polyester. I looked at it recently, and realized the delicate chiffon has torn around the armpits, and that the buttons on the silk cuffs are frayed. It seems like such a special, genuinely vintage dress that I thought someone might want to try restoring it, but I’m not that person sadly. I hope this dress can find a good home!
