iHeartRaves Sugar & Splice Vinyl Skater Skirt. Size small, but these fit more like an extra small as they do not have any stretch. Purchased from iHeartRaves for $23 on sale but normally retailed at $45. Never worn, only tried on once. I purchased in my usual size but they were a little tight at the waist. My waist is about 24" and I could probably wear these but they would be a little uncomfortable for dancing and moving in all day. Material is 100% PU. Comment with any questions!
