epcandles would you be ok with delayed return as I have not received shipping label in the mail yet ? It paynes me to send this back you know, I really wanted this scarf, but to pay this much for a scarf with defects that could open up at any time just doesn't seem right. Posh offered me 18.00 dollars off but I felt it wasn't enough. Did you have any ideas on how we could make this worth while for the both of us? Just a thought. Elaine P.

roblaw5810 @epcandles I was perfectly fine with you returning the scarf. Poshmark gave you 8 days to return and you didn’t. The sale is now complete and final.

epcandles @roblaw5810 That's what I'm hearing but I never got the return label, So I think that they should investigate on what happen to label don't you think? Why wouldn't you want to make sure your customer got great customer service from Posh and yourself? Elaine

roblaw5810 @epcandles that is why when I missed your first offer added on FREE SHIPPING. I shipped it out to you the next day. When you inspected, you noticed 2 very small imperfections that I had not caught. You opened a claim, I responded that if you were not satisfied that I would be happy to allow you to return. You were allowed 8 days and you did not return or message me during that time. The transaction is complete so no further conversations are warranted. Have a good day!
