New with tags in new condition Shimmer gold threads scattered throughout the blouse Material is textured - having little raised dots - giving it a "waffle" appearance (check out the closeups) Blouse can be worn dressy or jazzing up a casual look V neck ruffled collar Elastic at wrists Blouse is lined and has a small split hem Ruffle continues across the back as well Measurements are showing a loose fit Materials: Polyester shell and liner with the exception of the gold filament strings I have a photo at the end where the blouse is laying near white tissue paper and a taupe garment. The color is a milky creamy off white.
