My favorite fur in my closet right now. Literally obsessed with this one. Fox fur portrait collar, combination mink and sable body in the most gorgeous gradation. Buttons and belt included. Fabulous woodland printed lining. Best fits S and smaller M. Condition: Fur is in excellent preowned vintage condition. One small hole in the sleeve lining otherwise excellent.

And are the colors completely natural, not dyed or blended? The markings look beautiful, so I just want to be sure I understand the materials correctly.

crystalenvie Do you happen to know if the lining is the original one from Ceresnie & Offen, or was it replaced at any point? And has the coat ever been altered—either in the waist, sleeves, or hem? Also, do you know approximately how old the coat is or when it was originally purchased? Just trying to understand the history.

crystalenvie Lastly, is there any shedding, dryness, or stiffness in the fur, or is everything still soft and healthy? And could you send a quick close-up of the inside seams or a section where I can see the pelt stitching under the lining? It helps me feel confident about the construction. ferretcreekvint @crystalenvie good morning! I’m just reading these messages here at school (teacher mom). Add this to a bundle so I can add any pics and comments when I get home I’ll look it over again really close. You can also feel confident because poshmark will authenticate it as well. Keep in mind this is late 60s early 70s so it will not be supple like a new mink. The guard hairs are intact so it hasn’t been trimmed. Let me look it over tonight. I’m in California so bear either me ❤️
