jqdetweiler thanks! I wish I could put a picture here to show what I mean! I've been wearing looser shoes lately, so my toes don't fit as well/are uncomfortable in shoes that are tight in the toes.

jqdetweiler @daisies2000 The toe box is the part of the shoe that covers the toes. Most modern heels are about 3 inches wide at the widest part of the toe box. Are you able to maybe post a picture of a ruler against the bottom of the shoe, showing the width from the ball/base of where the big toe would go to the ball/base of the baby toe?

jqdetweiler @daisies2000 In pointy toe shoes there is a very clear curve at the widest part of the toe box and then in gets narrower as it gets closer to the tip of the toes, but that curve isn't quite as clear in more round-toe shoes. So just a picture of a ruler across the widest part toe area of the shoe would be great! thanks! I hope that was clear-ish! :)
