New (scarf with tags, bag without tags). Measures approximately 14.5 inches across, 12 inches tall, 5 inches wide. Strap drop 11 inches. Small flaw noted with stitching on the back (see last pic) stitching is intact in that area however. Open pocket in the front, zipper pocket and two small open pockets in the interior. Scarf print is Pink Circle Spirals.
