This beautiful blouse is very old Forever21. I thrifted it years ago thinking it was the most gorgeous find, but I've never worn it and feel it's time to part ways. Delicate lace, cap sleeves, fabric-covered buttons at the waist. Bit of discoloration in one spot on the front and a small pull on the front. Both are hardly noticeable. Reminds me of Doen and Christy Dawn so much. Feminine cottagecore, Victorian, Edwardian look. Small / medium size. Slightly loose on a small or a bit more fitted on a medium.
