NWOT Woman's Sleeveless Blouse

This blouse is brand new. I got it as a gift and it's way too big. I tried it on today and it doesn't fit. It's very pretty. See video for the ribbed style. It's red, white, and black. It's a size medium but definitely runs big. I would say it's more like an extra large. It has a lot of stretch to it. See pictures for details. The back has a button on top. Pit to Pit is 24" but stretches much more than that. length from shoulder to hem is 26 1/2"
