How do they make a mistake like that tho!!😡 I purchased a LV bag from Posh. Resold it for posh to say it’s not authentic. The seller confirmed authenticity and only sell authentic brands. Posh would not send the bag back so I’m pissed I lost money when I purchased it and the resell. Mistakes like this just should not happen!!! Glad you were successful!

@kcwife Even if they say it's not authentic-they have always sent my item back. And this is the 3rd time they cancelled a sale claiming they could not authenticate the item and all 3 times they were proven wrong. It's ridiculous!

@kcwife Honestly they should refund your original purchase if they authenticated the Lv before you bought it and then later said it was not authentic. That means they sold you a replica and they should refund you. I would send them a message every day until they respond.

@luxietime OMG!! I’m so upset again!! They claim it’s their policy to discard. I wonder if they have a scammer there keeping items and claiming fake. They gave me a courtesy posh credit of $45 as they saw it was purchased on their site! I’m like send me my stuff back ur RFND my money!! I’m upset all over again. 🤦🏾♀️

@luxietime I purchased replica YSL shoes (didn’t even realize ppl replicate heels) but nevertheless i got them and knew right away they were fake, I had to almost give them my first born yo PTO e fake before they cancelled the item and told me to discard. They would not send a return label but the seller sent money to return.

@kcwife If the item is under 500 and the buyer can show them that it's a replica posh will refund the buyer. I bought a fake pair of gucci shoes. They refunded me and said I could keep the shoes.
