Genuine Black Bear Fur Full Length Coat. Beautiful, VERY BLACK in color. There is NO lighter middle area as may appear in pictures. (Black furs are very difficult to photograph.) Although the tags are gone, this is a Glover Quality Fur, from the 1960's - 1970's. Men's brand coat but could be a women's coat if you so desire. VERY HEAVY. Button & loop closure. 2 pockets. Pockets & sleeve hem outlined with leather. Sleeves also have an inner, varsity jacket type sleeve to guard off wind. Lining is in great condition. Fur appears clean and shiny. Has minimal wear consistent with a vintage fur. Cuffs and hem appear to have no hair loss. View all pictures as this is part of the description. I have provided pictures of every area of the coat. As this coat is extremely heavy with thick pelts, it's very hard to completely inspect every area so it is offered as is, as pictured with the understanding that there could be repairs needed. 1 underarm has had repairs. No excessive shedding was noted. APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS: Chest 24" Underarm to underarm, lying flat with coat buttoned. Sleeve 25" from the top shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
