New without tags, unworn T by Talbot's Black mid length skirt. 26.5" long. Elastic waist, with tie detail (three small belt loops on back and sides). Side slip pockets. Smooth back. Slight tulip hem. Size XL. 19-20" lying flat at waist, 25" across bottom hem (see pics) Material is very lightweight, slightly sporty and stretchy. very easy to dress up or down. Would be perfect all summer for work, weekends and the pool. This skirt is very cute but it just doesn't fit me!
