The tag is cut off and I don’t know what brand this is, but it is a no-iron fabric that feels like a tighter weave cotton. Not missing any buttons, they just don’t go all the way to the top. Not sure the size, but I’d say it’s a size large. Could be worn on a smaller size for an oversized beach coverup look. Measurements: - 44 inch bust
