This serum has never been opened and is in perfect condition! Sadly, it has been discontinued however it took them 20 years to perfect it. This serum was the first too be able to customize skin needs whether the concern is discoloration, lines and loss of firmness and it is a miracle for dull skin as well. There is no box but the green bag is also new and included with this item. This serum has a shelf line of 24 months after it is opened.
