J Crew blue strapless party dress. Sheer gauze outer shell with solid underlining. Dress is lightweight. No stretch. Brand new with tags however there’s a minor flaw. At the bottom tiered hem on the right side, there’s what appears to be a small dark spot. Not obvious at all but needed to be disclosed. See last pic. Dry clean. Size 10 Approx Measurements (flat) Pit to pit: 15.5 inches Waistline: 15 inches Length 34 inches (straps are adjustable)
