Brand new navy blue fitted H&M blazer. Never worn. Size 8. Not a stretchy material, maybe fits more like a size 6. Shoulder to wrist- 23.5", armpit to armpit 16", shoulder hem to bottom of jacket 22" (hits at hip, not below). Some padding in shoulder, but subtle.
